Mechanism of Redressal of Students’ Grievances by Different Committees

• An aggrieved student who has any grievance must first discuss the issue with the respective class teacher/mentor. The Concerned teacher after verifying the facts will try to resolve the problem within a week of receipt of application of student.
• In case, student’s grievance is not resolved, it must be brought to the notice of Grievance Committee/ Women Cell/ Anti-Ragging Cell etc.
• Complainant should submit their complaint by writing to the College Grievance Redressal cell offline or online form available on College’s website.
• After receiving the grievance, the concerned committee will peruse, examine carefully and will discuss with committee members to find out cordial solution.
• All the genuine and valid grievances of students will be resolved by the committee.
• The convener of the respective committee ensures that the privacy and confidentiality of all the grievances are taken care of at all level.
• In case, if required, an aggrieved student will be called for inquiry by the grievance committee
• Student will be informed about redressal of grievance either in person or via email.
• Any anonymous grievance will not be considered.
